Clip on Bungee Cord does not close firmly and comes undone. Can not use as to fear of losing my dog.
On August 7 I ordered your Essentials Set in a lovely shade of rose pink. On August 17 I received the harness & D ring, no leash. I reached out & after some back & forth I received a $20 coupon to order a new leash. On September 5 I ordered a new leash in “pink”, thinking it would match the harness. On September 14 I received the new leash in a bright neon pink that clashed with the harness. I asked if I could exchange it for a black one. After more back & forth, I was told to just keep the harness & I would be refunded half the price. At this point I’m trying to summon the initiative to reorder the leash & pay more.

It works beautifully! It might also be because he’s a tad older and more mature but I was never able to keep our dog (even with a harness) walking next to me without pulling. We had 12 weeks of training but the only way he would stay with me is with food. Not now! He’s (and I am) in control. Nice to be able to actually take a walk with him.

Sadly I don’t feel like this has curbed the pulling when walking my dog.
The leash is a quality leash but too heavy for my small dogs. I wish it was a lighter weight leash.
The bungee leash is fantastic. It is a bungee, but it's firm. When my dog starts to pull, he automatically feels a little resistance which helps remind him that he isn't supposed to do that. The leash combined with the harness. It immediately made a difference.
